On a recent outreach, a team from Northgate was ministering in a local hospital where they met a woman named Kathy. Kathy told the team that she was
recently diagnosed with bronchitis and has had severe
arthritis pain for years and it has gotten perpetually worse over time.
She said that it would hurt her inside her chest whenever she would take
a deep breath and it would be really hard for her to get her breath
back after standing or walking for a prolonged amount of time. When the team started
praying for her, commanding the arthritis and bronchitis to leave
she instantly felt a change in her breathing but couldn't tell if it was
completely better. The team prayed for her again, commanding the bronchitis
and arthritis pain to leave. After they prayed the second time, she stood
up out of her chair and started walking around the hospice room. When
she walked around in 2 circles she then started crying and praising
Jesus and saying that she doesn't feel anymore arthritis pain and can
breathe easily without it hurting her chest inside anymore.
"Thank you Jesus!"
